- Oversized Conduit Access — Two large side openings accommodate up to four 4″ conduits and two 2″ conduits, providing generous access for high-voltage DC cabling and future maintenance.
- Future-Proof Design — Ships with an optional SMC cover plate (ANSI Tier 15 rated) for passive installation before the charger is specified. Swap the cover for your match plate when ready to mount.

EV Block DC Foundation — Stainless Match Plates
The DC Foundation is a standardized precast concrete foundation engineered to receive any DC fast charger configuration. The concrete block is always the same — same engineering, same footprint, same installation process — regardless of the charger brand or model on top of it.
The charger-specific customization is delivered through the match plate: a 1/2″ thick ANSI 304 stainless steel plate machined to the exact bolt pattern and cable routing requirements of your DC fast charger. Match plates are available for nearly all major DCFC brands and models, including ABB, Alpitronic, Autel, Kempower, Power Electronics, Siemens, Tritium, and more. Contact us with your charger make and model to confirm compatibility and lead time.
Order the foundation with your match plate specified upfront, or with the optional SMC cover plate (ANSI Tier 15 rated) for passive installation before the charger is selected. When ready to mount, swap the cover for your match plate and install. No additional foundation work required.
