Our products and made in the United Kingdom and, in our opinion, are of the highest quality however we understand that there can be occasions when goods can be damaged in transit, the incorrect size may have been ordered or the project the goods were purchased for is cancelled. If you need to cancel an order, exchange or return an item, we want to make it easy for you.
Damaged/Faulty Items – if you receive an item that is either faulty or has been damaged in transit please ensure that:
- You take 3 photos of the damage (from different angles, including the packaging) and contact us within 14 days of receipt – initially by telephone on 01733 513777. We will request that the photos are emailed into info@localhost
- From the photos supplied, where the product is found to be damaged in transit (or has a fault in the manufacturing process) we will offer a replacement
- If we are unable to offer the same product we may offer an alternative at the same price
- Where we are unable to fulfil an exchange we will refund the full price of the product along with the postage and packaging that was charged for the initial order only. The refund will be repaid via the original payment method you used for the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the damaged product(s)
- Where we are replacing the damaged product(s) we will collect them at the same time as delivery of the replacements
- Where no replacement product(s) are being supplied please arrange to return them to EV Blocks Ltd, Unit 23A The Metro Centre, Welbeck Way, Woodston, Peterborough PE2 7UH
- All original packaging and accessories are to be returned with the damaged product(s)
Please note that we will only exchange or refund a product that either has a manufacturing fault or is damaged in transit. We will not exchange or offer refunds on any products that have been found to be faulty or damaged during the installation process or once they have been installed. Where you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Order Cancellations – if you have ordered too many products, or the project you purchased for is cancelled you may return the products you purchased by:
- Taking photos of the delivery pallet containing the products (from different angles, including the packaging) and contact us within 14 days of receipt – initially by telephone on 01733 513777. We will request that the photos are emailed into info@localhost
- From the photos supplied, where the pallet(s) and packaging is in good condition we may agree that they can be returned and a full refund of the goods will be given, less the original postage and packaging cost, via the original payment method you used for the purchase. The refund will be repaid via the original payment method you used for the purchase within 14 days of our receipt of the returned product(s)
- All original packaging and accessories are to be returned with the product(s)
Please note that we will only accept returns for order cancellations where the goods are in an undamaged and saleable condition. Where you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
